3 pounds is great Mish Mish!!
I feel sometimes you have to enjoy the foods around you, In moderation of course. It sounds like you got it under control.
Even when I lost a lot of weight in the past I never just up and stopped everything.
If I have a candy bar. I will cut it up in 4 pieces. I will eat one piece every day until gone. Instead of eating 1 candy bar a day I would break it down. I still lost weight. So just that small piece of candy really helped my sweet tooth. I was satisfied.
