Kay's fringe is pretty good. I've bought several, and I've generally been very happy with them. You just have to make sure that the description says it can be cut at any length. Some of the first fringes I bought from her had several strands beaded on the same length of thread, so when I cut, I lost several strands.
Also, make sure you look at the picture of the fringe layed out, so you can tell how far apart each strand is sewn. Some of her fringes have closely spaced strands, but others do not. It's difficult to tell when it's all rolled up into a bundle in the picture.
