WOW!!!!!
Because of this thread I baught 2 dvds and LOVED THEM fantastic It was a great review on the basics, great warm up and cool down, things I ALWAYS forget....I love the dvds and the break down of movements, it is always nice to hear someone elses vocab describe a move it really nice to help me expand mine for that student that just doesnt get what your saying....LOVE the mirrors...I havent finished watching the pop lock and shimmy the kiddo is getting his last tooth in and I cant handle the screaming over the tv anymore, but so far it is great! I cant wait to get my veil poi so i can order the dvd too!
