Has anyone else ever experienced this?
I missed two weeks of class because of work and then went dancing at a club. I didn't stretch and was doing alot of popping and stuff. Well my abs were hurting at the end of the night. So I didn't think about it much. I went dancing again the next weekend two nights in a row and there was alot of reggae music so I was doing alot of winding (i.e. circles- chest and hips and undulations). So now they really hurt and when I laugh they hurt more. What should I do. I have been doing the snake pose (yoga) to stretch them. I have to teach tomorrow night. Should I buy some icy hot? by the way it's my upper abs and the sides (lateral?)
