This restocking thing is for the birds. If Dahlal is responsible for clearly sending the wrong size or color - then it is their responsibility to replace or refund the costume.

I can see if you got the costume and the measurements were as you ordered, but you didn't feel it flattering, had gained/lost weight, etc... but if it's Dahlal's error, it is terribly unfair and unprofessional to insist on a restocking fee.

I'm not one to badmouth companies as a rule, but I have to say that from all that I've heard recently - I am NOT impressed. Whatever is going on with the Dahlal customer service - it had best improve, because all this talk between dancers is going to lose them some serious business, I expect.
