Artemisia - you are SO lucky! There have only been a couple times I haven't had to change hooks- and that was only buying from other dancers, not vendors.
I'm not saying it's a "great practice" to send one cup size larger, but it may be common.
Because of so many "fit issues" I always order by calling in person, not just filling out the form. This way I can specify what I want- I'll tell them "I wear a 34B, but I want to pad up a size"- I see it as my responsibility to communicate clearly so they can be more certain of what to send me.
