she sang for nagwa fouad before dina. i'm not home now, but i have on dvd fatme singing for nagwa and her troupe at the holliday inn [i believe] doing "ya omda" it is so awesome and funny and great. [yeah, i'm a fan]. and that was definitely a "dress song". but that doesn't mean all her music is a "dress song".

imo: you could probably wear a bedla if you like for Ala Warag Il Foull, but it just kinda sounds like a "dress song" to me. but that all depends on whether it is the only song in your set or if it will be next to other types of songs and if you have a costume change time or not.

that probably is not too helpful, but gives one more vote for wearing 1 or 2 piece costume.
