skin colored bra underneath
cover the bra area of the dress with hundreds of tiny turquoise and clear/ab [which ever matches the dress] rhinestones like "ice skating costume meets ballroom gown meets bob mackie las vegas show girl costume" in a bra shape, and then trail a few down the mesh side, up over the shoulder and down the arm.
