Thanks, Angelique! I'm really hoping to get my account back, because otherwise it's going to cause me quite a bit of hassle. I guess it's not a MAJOR drama, since I still have all my contact info stored in my Outlook Express and can re e-mail everyone from my gmail account... but still. It's a pain.
I got a totally useless automated response from MSN suggesting my problems may be solved if I upgrade to Windows Live Hotmail. WHICH I AM USING. Freaks.
So I've replied to say "this doesn't resolve my issue of having someone HACK MY ACCOUNT" - apparently if I reply to their email it gets bumped into a special "Unresolved" queue and a technician will look at it at a matter of urgency. Mmmmm hmm.
So we'll see.
This has been such a majorly sucky week!
