Have we lost the ability to delete messages? I don't see an icon for deleting messages I have posted.

When a thread grows heated, it can be nice to be able to delete a message if you fail to think before you type....

Or, if you realize after the fact that a message you didn't intend to be hurtful turned out to be, which has happened to me in the past. (Ie, I once mentioned openly a man who attended a belly dance event dressed in drag, without realizing that this was his very first time wearing drag in public and he was not ready yet to be more open about it. Although my comment about him was positive, it was potentially hurtful because it brought visibility to someone who wasn't ready for it yet. I never intended to "out" someone who didn't already consider himself out, and as soon as I discovered from someone else that my message exposed him more publicly than he intended to be exposed, I deleted it.)
