Yasmin, using a scrub on your face when you are already broken out can spread the bacteria and cause more break-outs. And yes, changing foundations can make a difference. I have a good quality mary kay foundation that is less expensive than mac that might be better than the L'oreal brand. PM me if you want to hang out.
