I know I need to eat better. I've been scraping by just counting my points on WW...but yesterday, I went to the local Middle Eastern cafe and bought some fresh hummus, and had a 1/4 cup with baby carrots as a side dish at dinner! (hummus and spaghetti! mmmm....can we say garlic breath? )

So my plan for this week is to cut out the WW treats (ice cream, cookie bars and so on...)even though they're low on points, I NEED to be eating more fruit and veggies!!!!

Let me put this question out there for you ladies:

How do you reward yourselves when you reach a goal?

I'm planning to buy a new pair of shoew when I reach my 10% goal (losing 19 pounds), and when I reach my ultimate goal of 30-35 pounds, I'm going to buy a new suit for work (from Ross or somewhere cheap), and when I've MAINTAINED my goal for 6 months, I'm buying a new costume. :)
