I have found, from the advice here, that drinking green tea really does stave off the snackies for me. Celestial Seasonings has a "to go" powder that I really like (with stevia so maybe no WW points needed?)
Though not much helps with the pre-cycle cravings for me. Hummus sounds great for the carrots.
