I'm all done wallowing. Everybody falls off the wagon every now and again...honestly, I don't think I've fallen completely off yet...maybe just a misstep. :) What I need to do is make healthier choices, and eat more veggies. (free, and they fill me up!!!!!) :)
So. what are you ladies doing for Thanksgiving dinners? Just smaller portions? More veggies?
My whole family is on Weight Watchers, but it seems like everyone else wants to forget that they're on it for the day...NOT ME!!!

I'm planning to fill up on veggies and nice lean turkey breast (no skin) and just have a little dressing and/or potatos for a treat, and a small sliver of pumpkin pie. If you bank points over the rest of the week, you can easily fit that in and not go over!
