Well what do you know...
I'm 27, single, bitter, stressed and depressed.
And trying to lose weight.
:) wow...everyone has really given me a lot to think about and take into consideration. I've started tying my hair up at night, (wrapping it in a big old turban-like scarf), and I'm wearing it up more during the day. I'm washing my face every night instead of sleeping with my make-up on. I'm trying to drink a lot more water, and eat better (more because I'm trying to lose weight,but it can't hurt my skin to eat more veggies, right?) :)
The only thing I haven't thought too much about trying is sleeping w/a towel. I don't think it will do me too much good, because I am a VERY restless sleeper, so I wouldn't be on the towel for too long. :) Its a good theory though! I'd have to have a bunch of them for it to work!
