But of course, on Monday it'll be some new excuse. There's always a reason to procrastinate...or a 'special occasion'... or some reason why *today* isn't a good day to take back control.

Lauren, why don't you try just logging one meal on Fitday? Sometimes it's getting started that's hard. Or tell yourself that you'll just do it for one day... and the next day tell yourself the same thing.
20 pounds in 8 months is pretty awesome, I think. You can do it!!
