Diet success for me right now is maintaining my weight loss. I'm not pushing below that frikkin 160 number yet. I feel like I will though.
I've readjusted my christmas goal to be 5 pounds. I can do it. I just have to hunker down and get with it.
Thus far I'm maintaining without really trying - I just make better choices and do better with portion control thanks to those months of retraining on JennyC.
I either have to go back to Jenny C for the accountability part or settle in at this weight (which I don't really want to do).
