I feel like I'm pretty much off the bandwagon. I weigh in today, and I just KNOW that I've put more weight on.
why is it, that when we're feeling depressed, or PMSing that it has to be CHOCOLATE that we crave? Why can't I crave huge helpings of green beans or asparagus?
Oy.
I'm SO jumping back on the wagon today...I can't let myself put anymore weight on.
