It just sucks!! Thank goodness for laptops, I just got mine fixed!!!

At least I am able to be online.
My husband didn't help my situation much,
he bought chips and cookies and junk food. BUT, I do not touch them cos I know I would really set myself up for more disappointments. I had a friend go to the store for me and picked up some apples, grapes, other fruits and some veggies to snack on..
I can't wait until I can take classes again!!

The best thing to do is just eat healthy, drink water and REST. Your back needs you to do that right now. When the doc releases you back to normal activity, you'll be fine.
It's maddening, I know. Just watched a dear friend go through this (bulging discs et al.) and I was one of his "venting boards" so, I do empathize. If it makes you feel any better, the weight gain he had has all come off again.

Is bloating the same like water weight? Sorry for a stupid question, I am not able to drink as much water as before right now, I am just not feeling it. I am glad to know the weight will come off.
