Angelique - steroids are terrible though they provide relief - guess it's trade off right now - BE KIND TO YOURSELF.

I'm doing okay. I'm maintaining but can I just say, I'm so maximally stressed out right now I burst into tears twice yesterday in meetings. I can't make everyone happy and I'm like a wishbone caught between corporate goals and employee desires. Naturally that stress is making me eat and drink, okay, can we talk about needing a glass of wine just to calm down?!!!
