Hi all!
Welp, I got a bit off track this week - not only has it been really stressful and busy, but I've been banging my head against the wall about this restriction on cardio bidness. I also had a retirement party to attend on Weds. night, and unfortunately I was RAVENOUS by the time I got there and had a piece of coconut cake and two pierogies (aside from the gumbo, which wasn't bad for me).
I didn't write down what I ate for the past two days because I just didn't have the time, but I'm going to start up again. I need that accountability!
