No, it wasn't falling apart, and I don't think it will. I didn't think the quality of the beads was great. There were alot of sharp edges and partially broken beads. Also, I thought the spacing of the strands was a bit thin. It should have been strung closer together.

I ordered two sets, one in black and one in white. The color of the black was good, but I thought the white looked more like clear than white. Here's a photo of the fringe on a costume I'm working on.
