I use it. Off and on. It's really amazing how much crap you really do eat. Or at least for me. It's great for food because it's got pretty much everything I ever eat on there.
The part that sucks is the exercise side. It has next to nothing really. I use the Firm workouts and it has nothing that compares to that. I also just do free weight training and other exercises that aren't covered. Overall though it's a good site!
