If you have a mouse with a right and left click, it works just the same as a PC.
Welcome to the world of Mac - I've never used anything else because I'm e-tarded. If I can use a Mac ANYONE can. I make a lot of use out of "help" in the top menu, btw. Don't be afraid to use it!
