I *heart* Astryd.
I'd heard plenty o'good things about her, but had never seen her dance, and hadn't taken any classes with her till this weekend.
She kicked my booty! I'm still sore!!! ;)
Seriously though, I loved her teaching style, she broke everything down so nicely, and the choreography that she taught us was amazing. She is SO intune with the music!
Her performance was just breathtaking. She made everything look so easy...and completely effortless.
did I mention, too, that she is just the SWEETEST person in the world?

(oh...and I almost bought one of her costumes! If she hasn't sold it before she goes back to Cairo, it's MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!)
