It used to be a little green square somewhere near your number of posts but it has disappeared...there also used to be an 'add to reputation' icon between the online status and report post icons but that has now gone.
I guess it is a way for users to acknowledge a knowledgeable post...so if you had 4 little green squares others would know that other members of the community value what that poster has said in the past.
