The auction description says that they're made of georgette fabric. The pictured costumes are NOT made of georgette. Though Indian costumes typically are. The discrepancy makes me think that what they're going to send you is not what's pictured, but rather a cheap Indian costume worth 24 dollars.

Ermm sorry to report but when you buy that bazaar costume or hip scarf in Turkey, it's likely to have been made somewhere where labour is even cheaper to the required design of the retailer. , making higher profit.
I had this from traders and I dare say it's the same all over.
