I'm a big fan of the AVON "Silcone Glove" hand lotion. I also use their Glimmersticks eyeliner and lipliner - it's very nice and wears all day long.
I was using their skin care line, but my rosacea and weirdo oily yet flaky skin was having none of it. I'm just about to go back to my liquid Cetaphil as both a cleanser and a moisturizer as my rosacea is acting up again and I don't want to deal with my dermatologist yelling at me when I go back in.
