Hi Lauren,

I just have lots of 1/8 inch stereo cords around. The stereo cord is the most widely used today and you don't have to worry about if you have an Ipod or any othe Ipod like device- the stereo cord fit in all.

At some point perhaps all boomboxs or stereos will come with Itunes or some similar system built in so that you can simply download all your music to your stereo and not have to mess with cds at all.
