As much as I would love to just trust that things will work out eventually, I've decided to go ahead and file a PayPal dispute. The time limit is getting close for me to be able to do so, and I am not getting a response to any other communication attempt. I understand that it's a crazy time of year for everyone, but as Sumaya suggested, I should have been notified if delivery was going to be held up by a vacation.

I just had to file a Paypal dispute with an eBay seller. The merchandise didn't arrive, and I got no response to my messages. No merchandise yet, but at least the seller is responding now....
