Birthdays!

We now have a Birthday feature!

Please go to your account and fill in your birthdate.

From this page, click on My Settings > Edit Email & Password and then fill in the new birthdate field. Click "save" at the bottom of the page.

On your birthday, your avatar will pop up on our Welcome page in the Today's Birthday block.

Just your avatar will show up in Today's Birthdays - not your age.

Mine's today (as well as a few other people's I think... ) so I guess it's too late for this year... fun feature!

Rosey: I just tried to add my birthday in my account, but when I'm trying to save, it's telling me my email address is "already in use". The only person it should be in use by is me! Any idea what the problem might be?

This means that you have an old account in the system using the same email address. I found Maria's (see below) but I can't find yours. Give me a few days.

I can't scroll past twelve when tyring to set my birthday and mine is on the 19th.

For some reason, it's day then month (Brit style) rather than month then day (US style)

I notice the birth years go all the way back to 0. Do we really have any Bhuzzers born prior to, oh let's say 1920?

Maria, I found 3 old accounts with the same email address. I just deleted them, so try the birthday thing now and let me know if it works.

Something in your account isn't working. Please send me an email (click on my avatar to do this) with your username, password, city, state, country, and birthdate and I will see what I can do. It may take a couple of days to figure it out, so bear with me.

I found an old account of yours and deleted it, so try again it should work now.
