Elastic that was previously added would need to be replaced, if you need it. However, the braided rope will hold the
skirt up so if you are prone to muffin-tops,
this will be perfect for you:) Skirt was hemmed
by previous dancer, and can be un-hemmed, but
I can't really say to what length.
