Red/royal Egyptian

First one is a gently worn Egyptian made red with red & royal sequin & bead design, with two long sleeves with zippers. Dress zips in back. No stretch. I believe it's about a Size 8. Egyptian made. Hem & side slits on both sides are edged in beadwork. 32" at the armpits, 26" at the waist, 38" max at the hips. Length from shoulder to hem: 55" $125 includes shipping with US REDUCED TO $100!

PLEASE NOTE I TRY TO CHECK ALL COSTUMES AS CAREFULLY AS I CAN AND POINT OUT ANY OBVIOUS DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS. I TRY VERY HARD NOT TO, BUT MAY UNINTENTIONALLY MISS SOMETHING--COSTUMES FROM THE MIDDLE EAST (UNLESS BELLAS OR SAHARS) SOMETIMES HAVE MINOR FLAWS AND ARE NOT ALWAYS PERFECT! the black dress - is that triangle piece a cutout with black mesh? what's the measurement from center of bra to hem laying flat please?

Hi, Nasila -- exactly right -- the triangle piece is a cutout with black stretch mesh. I will check the measurement this afternoon for you -- center of bra to hem -- can you clarify for me if you mean the center of the bra where the cups meet in the middle, or from the top edge of the center of one of the cups, or from the bottom edge under the bra in the midpoint? (Maybe I should just take a picture with the tape measure!) It's always tricky posting measurements for a dress!

Thank you! That clarifies it and helps a lot! -- PS, is this a measurement I should always include when posting a dress? I've been wondering, how do you post measurements for dresses--actually makes the most sense!

That's the way bellydancewithk.com posts her sizing, and if I know that measurement I can compare it to my other dresses to see if the length is suitable. I think it's a good measurement to post. :)

OK -- done! 54-1/2" from that point to the hemline......give me a minute & I'll post a picture of how I measured.......

yes, I think I will have to pass on the black since hemming doesn't look easy. :( Inara's in LA too but she has first dibs on the minty green. thanks!

Let's just say they are too big for my B's ..... ! (my reason for posting it.....) I could pad, but WAY too many projects going on.......I think up to a full C would be fine (but not D!) unless you are a Dina wannabe.....
