Cute Blue Cotton Tie-Dye Set, size M-L, New

Never worn except for pics. Nice for students, practice or outdoor shows. Lightweight cotton. Full skirt, choli top, veil, and hip scarf. 4-pc. set for $65 plus shipping. The choli top mimics the look of a vest with opaque blue back and sides, tie-dye "cups" and sleeves, fastens in front with hooks and eyes. Cup size B-C, not working for my D girls! My underbust measurement is 33". Skirt is size M-L, fits my 39" hips just fine with plenty of room to stretch. I am 5'6" and the length is perfect on me.

Skirt & veil are still a bit stiff with sizing as they have never been washed. Blue hip scarf w/silver coins, never worn, size M. I prefer payment via PayPal.

Just wanted to add that you can easily wear your own bra underneath the choli.

To answer both questions: it is all cotton, except for the hip scarf, which is chiffon. The veil and skirt and the sleeves of the top are all identical lightweight semisheer cotton. The front of the choli is lined, so the entire top is opaque.
