I know! Nor lots of foofy jingly stuff around the neck, which is lovely on smaller folk but doesn't do me any favors. Isn't it pretty? And I have a place to wear it this week.

How bout this...shortening above the wheat stalks in a non cut fold. A running stitch thru the top and the bottom of the fold. What you will then have is a more opaque band all the way around with would be sturdy enough for some of that Wallmart black coins on tape to embellish the opaque band top and bottom. It will add nice movement and flash about the footwork and allow you to take it out when you sell it to me!
Wait....Is that the foofy jingly stuff you hate? LOL....RED!!!!!
Really I think is a great idea myself!
