Gold Bra & Belt: *SOLD*
This is a sturdy, high-quality "not so basic" basic! Loads of fringe and paillettes, nice shaped cups, reminds me of Madame Abla type construction.

Disclosures: Gently used, some slight fading of the gold on a few paillettes & sequins, but not noticeable. Would recommend putting in a new lining - I'm too lazy. :)

This is the same skirt Jillina wears in her first Drum Solo Instructional video! I've never seen anyone else with it! The cut is so unique and moves fabulously!! The only difference is the color (duh) and the bead pattern.

Disclosures: There is an area on the back where the sparklies have faded on the material. I found this area was covered by my fringe, and not noticeable, but just wanted to make sure I let you know. All of the beading is in entirely perfect condition! I originally got this as a custom order. When it arrived, it was completely the wrong size, so I had to re-work it and get creative. The hip gather was actually re-created with what was once the headband. I also shortened the very long gauntlets into two different lengths of sleeves, one being medium and the other short. The result is 3 different sleeve options to choose from. I never finished the beading on the edges, as you can see in the photo. Too lazy, once again. The cuffs are fully beaded, though, and I found that I preferred that size anyway.

Skirt fits these measurements best:

35.5 upper hip
34 in length
not sure what my booty was at the time...

However, that said, I can still fit into it with my current measurements:

41.5 upper hip
43.5 booty
34 in length (dang! didn't grow that way!)

Is the 35.5 upper hip, top of the skirt, or widest part of the hip? I'm about a 35-36" upper hip and 39" lower hip/ booty. If it'll fit me, I want the skirt!

So, if the upper hip on the belt will fit 37" upper, I will take the whole thing! The skirt will definitely fit me!

Wish it was! Actually, the belt does measure 37.5 inches.. But - the crucial thing is that it has a "V" of fringe in front and back, and you want that to fall in the middle of both your front and back. If the belt is adjusted too much beyond 35.5, it will change the alignment of the "V"s. It could easily go down to 33.5, but not up more than an inch I'd say. Hope I'm making sense.

so, to clarify: Belt can range from 33.5 in - 36.5 in

Your measurements would work well! 35.5 is indeed the upper hip, top of the skirt, waistband measurement. I'm referring to the widest part of the hip as the booty, and that can accommodate up to 43.5, but that's really pushing it. It would be much better at 39.

this whole time I have been baffled by your post because I thought you wrote "if the fridge could be replaced"! Guess I'm hungry!

Fringe could definitely be added on the side with little trouble, but it would be much, much trickier (and maybe not even possible) to break the "V" and re-center it. If it doesn't bug you to have either the front V or back V off-center by a couple of inches, then I'd say go for it. Me, personally, I wouldn't be happy with it un-centered. Hope work is nice for you this eve!
