SOLD - Caribbean Blue Velvet Skirt, Bra, Vest & Gauntlets
I was going to add appliques and fringies and such to this set, but I think this skirt is just too snug for me. 
The bra is built on a 34C Wonderbra with straps that cross in back. I would recommend A-B cup (maybe small C) max. The vest will fit a medium frame; the skirt is a bit snug on my 41" bum - would be best for 37-40". I'll provide more measurements in a bit.
It's a nicely made set; slit on skirt, top and bottom of gauntlets, top of bra and U-part of vest are all beaded and sequined in gold. Wore the skirt and gauntlets once; the bra and vest are brand new.

Skirt is 39" long measured flat (keep in mind the side stretch of the velvet fabric will pull it up a little). Waist measured flat is 34", and bum about 36". The slit is 26" from hem.

Don't underestimate the stretch factor! I'm 5'3" and just folded over the top once to get the length right! My bootie pulled the rest up...

Even with my large ass, it would be too long! :(
I need about 36" to compensate for my shortness and my ass.
