Not sure what size bra's...but mine have padding. They are really nice! I have had mine for years! I have a white/gold and a turquoise.

under bust from cup end to cup end is about 12in (with the measuring tape laying flat)
the cups are about 6in measured from the middle top to bottom - and 7 in measured across the widest part side to side. (with measuring tape scooping into cup). for reference the model in the pics is approx a C cup.

it will definitely fit a 39+ booty, I am ample in that area as well and i tried it on and it was perfect and then it could stretch some too. :)
