what's ur personal review of this DVD? Is is it a pretty good workout?

I bought this DVD hoping that the 18-minute workouts would be something I could just follow when my brain wasn't creative enough for my own dance practice. I also wanted to see how Jillina handled warm-up and cooldown, since I'm still putting together the perfect warm-up for my students and thought there might be some ideas I could use.

I didn't find the workouts to be what I would call "workouts." They're pretty gentle, and good for beginner or advanced beginner. So maybe I'm not the target audience for this.

The DVD is beautifully put together. Love the quality. Easy to see and hear, teaching is sequential and easy to follow. So I would say it's a good DVD but not what I was looking for.
