It must be a Joharah, it looks so similar to one I bought from Vasha Hatal, mine has a Joharah tag in it.

Hi ladies! Sorry I've been studying like crazy. It is not a Johara. I got it in the Khan El Kahili in Cairo at Al Faham??? Near the Fishawi Coffee Shop if anyone knows off the top of their head...all marble store with round windows...
I'm charging my camera batteries as we speak to get a picture of the skirt. Its like an old am cab skirt meets mermaid skirt...
