Hi there. I wear a 38DD, and everything fits but the cups. If I put the top on backwards, the bra band overlaps by about two inches. I think a 38C should be just right.

Hello, I can comment on the bra sizing, as the previous owner. I ordered it as a 38D, to make sure that it would have enough room for my 38C/D chest. It fit comfortably, without a ton of cleavage, so it should fit your 38C just fine. If you want cleavage, you can always add a bit o' padding.
This costume is absolutely fabulous. Only reason I let it go without ever wearing it is that it's not the type of costume my troupe wears, and I don't perform much without my troupe. But it's absolutely gorgeous, with romantic styling and dramatic colors. I can't believe that this one hasn't been snatched up yet!
