Has anyone heard from her?? I hate to have to do this but I haven't recieved my coral hanan and it's been almost a month since I bought it :( Does anyone know if she's ok or if something happened??? Please let me know.

The last time I heard from her she was busy with her son.. He was going to Iraq I think? I bought a purple costume from her almost a month ago and did not receive it either..
Although mine she said she shipped out..but it never got here...
Maybe she set our packages somewhere and forgot to ship them due to her being busy???
I hope so... I do not want them to be lost in the mail......

I am missing a skirt and have sent her 2 PMs and an email to her email address with no response.

She contacted me a few weeks ago and said that she needed my address. I resent the address and never heard anything since.

I hope this is just a mistake. This would be my first Bhuz transaction that went bad :-(

I don't know her personally and have not bought anything from her but I sold her something and she was very responsive on email. Try sending her an email and give her a few days to respond... I feel confident that she will respond soon. Maybe "life" has gotten a bit crazy for her.

My situation was I purchased a costume with a skirt. I got the costume (quickly) and Nashid sent me an email stating she forgot to pack the skirt and would send it. That was September 5th. After 3 weeks of waiting, I sent my first PM and email. I have been doing this ever since.

She was totally sweet and responsive with the costume.

When I do not hear from a Bhuzz'r - I worry. I just hope that everything is ok.

Not sure what more I can do...

I hope all is ok with Nashid and perhaps she's just away from the computer for awhile. If you all paid by paypal, you can get a mailing address and perhaps a telephone number from them. I'd try giving her a call or mailing her a letter. If you don't hear back, I think your only recourse is to file a dispute with paypal.

Ladies,

I emailed her and just received a response. She has some family stuff going on so she has not had time to check Bhuz PM's or her Bhuz related email account. She mentioned that she has not had a chance to mail these packages and also mentioned that she may have "mis-shipped" one item.

She is WELL aware of this thread and she apologizes profusely for the inconvenience she has cause everyone. She assured me that she will be mailing packages soon and expects to be back on the boards as soon as things simmer down for her...

Although I don't know her personally, based on the correspondence I just received I believe her to be an honest Bhuzzer so please be patient and keep her in your prayers...

please think twice about opening a dispute. they're such a pain.
this happened to me. a misunderstanding ((shipping overseas europe-america can take a long time...)) caused a buyer from me to get irritated, she opened a dispute while i was away, we worked it out finally and she said she'd cancelled it (though she made it clear she was annoyed and didn't want to hear from me again... quite pleasant... ). But paypal requires the credit card company on her end to close the issue, until then, the money is blocked. Now, i know she's received the stuff, and i've tried to contact her about seeing her bank, but clearly she's sticking to her word and i have gotten no answer from her, guess my mails are going straight to the junk folder. paypal won't help at anything, they keep telling me i just have to talk to her and wait... This was back in early july, the money is still blocked, i've given up on it. now, it wasn't 500$ either but it's such a pain...

So please people, I know there's a limit date to filing disputes, but please wait as long as possible and give the seller a chance, if she usually has good feedback then she probably has a reason for what's happening...

Thank you AishaSakinah for getting a hold of her. She does seem like an honest person, it's just that it had been so long. I'm sorry for the situtation she's in and I hope things get better for her.

Hi ladies...I'm truly sorry for all of the grief I've caused you. I just haven't been interested in much lately...that's not your fault and I realize that. I thank you Aisha for contacting me...it was my first day back to work...I haven't really been getting on the bhuz and when I did it just stressed me a bit because I knew I needed to get these things done.

Ghostz- I am still trying to figure out where yours actually went to. I was also selling some things on ebay at the time and maybe got confused. I promise I will make this right either by refund or sending additional items that I still have for sale...I have many.
Please do not think that the actions in the last few days are typical of my character...I generally am very good at staying on top of things...I just haven't been dealing with my son being gone like this very well...I miss him already. Thank you all for understanding...this will never happen again.

Thank you all for understanding. He's my baby...400 days just seems like an eternity right now. 2 Thanksgivings a Christmas and a Birthday. Wow. It's different when it hits your own home. I never really thought it would happen...he wasn't slated to go, but the person that was going broke his ankle and the next person in line was married with children so my son volunteered so he wouldn't have to go. I'm proud of him for that, but I truly just wanted to break his ankle to keep him home. I would never do that, but the thought crossed my daughter and my mind.
