I used to own this dress and I am a 28-30 underbust. You'd be fine with it. You may have to move the hooks on the bra band--not sure how many times they've been moved since I owned it. Its so hot I'm tempted to buy it back but I decided I'm not a dress person. I loooooooove the mesh cut-away on the hip. Its so dangerously delicious.

Ok, now I'm tempted. Do you think it would be too big if i have a 26 inch waist and 35 inch hips? I dont want it to be too loose.
