This costume has a sassy old school look! It's really sparkly and looks great with a gold or red skirt. The 8" fringe on the belt adds major movement and highlights your shimmies. Really comfortable and in great condition. The bra fringe forms a V-line at the cleavage--very flattering. Gold sequined flower designs on either side of the bra and on the hips.

I don't think it's homemade, but I've moved the fringe from the bottom of the cups to the top (less "saggy"-look). I also moved the gold applique from the front and back of the belt to the hips.
