I bought 3 costumes in January but took off the Mexico and have only had time to photograph 1 so far. I traded this brown Eman with larastrange for an eman zaki knockoff.
Am I a bad person for thinking "Damn! It worked on her! She won't be selling it to me for a while!" :P

OK...so I've been hoarding for awhile...haven't posted any purchases in over a year I think...I bought none of these in February! But I feel like at least posting pics of some of the ones I've purchased!
The first one I purchased from my "Bhuz-Mother"...the first costume I ever purchased here was from her! I call this my Poison Ivy Bella! I think my upper lip was stuck to my teeth in this pic! LOL
Next up are the 2 Tanya's first is the baby blue Esau that is the MOST comfortable costume EVER. I got this from TanyaSF.
Then my brown and turquoise Legend from TanyaLV...another comfy one!
I love all of them!

OK, so I thought I'd kill 2 birds w/1 stone by posting the flyer for my Feb. 13th event "For the Love of the Dance" Dinner & BD Show fundraiser to benefit the American Red Cross (even though the costume in the top-middle pick is the Rainbow Hanan swap meet purchase I got from Zjelzic-THNX so much, Zana-FL!--in January & immediately wore on Jan. 16th for Mahira's After Holiday Hafla! I will post them as soon as I got them but in the meantime here is me in the purple eman zaki i got from shabanah :) I was at party + dinner for Aziza's workshop in Pordenone, Italy. :)
This was *supposed* to be a photo of the new bedlah that just arrived from Jill paired with the liquid skirt I got from the former Ahlam-Muna a few months ago. (What's your new name, honey?) The combination is lovely, but the photo didn't quite work out as planned!

Anya, that costume looks perfect on you. I love the floating bra style and you make it look extra cool.
I did a quick shoot in the living room today, so I can share my new swapmeet cossies with you. Here goes:
Green dress: have to shorten the straps and sew elastic in the upper edge, but otherwise it fits perfectly. Bought from Amity, who resold it shortly after she purchased it from another bhuzzer.
White Hanan, bought from KashaG. The bra fits straight out of the box, but I want to change a couple of things on the skirt. I pinned a chiffon panel in the middle front slit for more coverage, have to stitch it down for proper use.
WOW! Everybody looks fabulous. That seafoam Noussa is incredible! I bought this cute set from TanyaLV toward the end of last year (I think), and the skirt from Yasmilah this week. Just wore them for the first time yesterday for a shoot with Tony Papale!
