ISO Regular black elastic

Does anyone have a half a yard of less of black elastic they're willing to sell to me? I need some for a costume adjustment.

By the time you've paid for shipping wouldn't it be cheaper to go to Joann's or Michaels? Is there one in your area?

I know they took the sewing supplies section out of my Walmart, so I wasn't sure. And at Joanns, I didn't even think to look there. You're right, Samira! It might be cheaper.
