I'm going to miss it this year (as well as the Herdeljezi festival & Jamileh in Hagerstown - oh what a weekend!) as I'll be out of town but LOVED Raqia & Herdeljezi last year! They were both great events! This year should be just as incredible! There's something for everyone that weekend!!

I think a couple of dancers had to drop out of the Raqia show because of the schedule change, so a new lineup should be coming out shortly. It's going to be fun!
Jamileh is terrific. So sorry to be missing her and most of the Rom festival

i will be performing friday AND i will be getting my butt kicked in her workshop on saturday. can't go on sunday, have other plans.
i will be easy to recognize: i'll be the one by the vendors with the pretty costumes! not to mention LARGE coffee in hand

I found out that the Lithuanian festival is being held this weekend, and my in-laws are coming up from Florida so I will not be there either day. I hope everyone has fun and break a leg to everyone performing in the show!!

I think I will be going to the show Friday night! I have a gig at 9 about 30/40 minutes away (30 mins my husband's driving, 40 mins mine) so I should be there a little after 10!
