Dance lessons or ME restaurants in DC near One Washington Circle?

I'm going to be on a quick business trip in DC on July 21-23. Does anyone teach intermed./advanced on Monday or Tuesday nights near the One Washington Circle area, or, alternatively, is there a good ME restaurant that I could visit? Anything I could get to from the metro within in reasonable distance would be okay...

I'm not sure about dance classes that do drop-in lessons, but as far as food goes, Prince Cafe is pretty popular and they have dancers on some nights. There is one in Georgetown. Also, Skewers/Cafe Luna is pretty good. They are in Dupont Circle.
