I see it on your page but not your avatar....is that from your wedding?
PS: just opened a bottle of wine, letting it breathe for the party! it will be my first glass of wine at home in 6 weeks or so (or maybe it just seems that long!)

IT'S THE BOOTS!
I'm telling you - blame our British friends (was it Kharis or Afra?) for sending us all scurrying to Target to buy them out. I definitely notice a difference. tauter skin. definitely.
but here - to make you feel better - shiny forehead, bags & dark circles under the eyes - deep lines around the mouth - it all depends on the angle & luck with the dumb camera.

ugh...after the alchohol and sandwich last night...I totally had horrible dreams...that I was 9 months pregnant, laying in a soybean field, feeling sorry for myself b/c i was as big as a house, and then my water broke (that was disgusting) and Joe was no where to be found. Thank GOD my alarm went off just then, I shudder to think how far along it would have gotten.

I had a hard time writing anything, my screen kept stalling for some reason. I wasn't able to read what Sumaya and Laura were writing because it was was the same color as the background. So I ended up lurking in the corner wearing my party hat and eating all the hommous *burps guiltily*
Regards
Priscilla

The chat function is fun - I thoroughly enjoyed all of you - but when you have more than two people, it gets chaotic. As proven in Sumaya's weird dreams. And, by the way, I too had very strange unfriendly dreams. But that could be because I immediately went to bed and watched CSI ....d'oh.

I had problems, too. I could only read what Laura was saying if I highlighted the text, and I got booted off twice. I don't think we should have hummus in there, it gums everything up.
Anyway, it was a fun little experiment. I don't think I'm a chatroom kinda gal. Though the Chippendales part was fun!

I went to a Firefly festival last night, loooks like I missed you all managed to get up to the usual shenanigans though.
Congrats to all the grads!
Now, je dois go continue to work on a 10-page research paper, and my takehome midterm. both of which are due on the same day (Mon.). You may commence feeling smug.
ciao
Z.
ps - sumaya, why do you think it was a *soybean* field? for some reason I find this the oddest part of the dream

oh if only it was so....
Thank you and I am most definitely still accepting congratulations! are you kidding? it took me 27 years to get this degree....I think congratulations are in order for at least maybe 5 years!
(ps on the weight loss - unfortunately, there's still a ways to go but it's smaller - 15 pounds. I'm very encouraged that it's down to that now. I, and we, can meet our bhuz challenge!)

It was so much fun! There was much drinking, eating, and talk of hot guys and underwear. If that's not a recipe for a great party, I don't know what is!

Right?
Well, right behind where I work and where I live are fields of corn, soybeans and forest. Its quite pretty. So that makes for the landscape of my dreams, I guess.
