We are in final stages of preparation for the
5th Annual Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive which is just around the corner on Sept. 7th-9th. We are excited to have
Suhaila Salimpour teaching at our event this year and performing in our stage show
"A Night in the City of Riches".
This event grew from a locally focused get-together to are really fabulous 3-day/3-night extravaganza in Vegas. It's our own homegrown community produced event!! We truly hope you come and get to know our local scene as well as work with some amazing instructors from around the country. This event really embraces the spectrum of all things belly dance. There's styles & techniques being taught from ATS & Hip Hop Fusion to Egyptian Cabaret & Folkloric.
We love it all and want to celebrate it with you!!!
We are also excited to have some local hostesses who will be taking the late shift after the show on Friday night to enjoy a night out on the town. These hostesses will take interested parties to some of the
hottest after-hour clubs in Vegas.
Sunday evening we will be having our traditional monthly
Drummers & Shakers night at one of our favorite local venues. This is your chance to see more of Vegas than the "strip" (although we realize that the strip is quite an attraction as well!!) and get to know our local dancers.
We know it makes for a long weekend, but who needs sleep, eh? That's why it's called the Intensive anyway! We know you will enjoy meeting and dancing with our locals. Come join us!!
